That has nothing to do with the problem of millions of unidentified illegal aliens in our country that Biden virtually welcomed in. Talk about not upholding the Constitution. Assuming (as I happen to) that even a legal aliens are deserving of some due process, once again the question becomes: “what process is ‘due’ to an election legal aliens?”

It may very well be that their sole entitlement is to be heard (by any questioning American official) about their legal status in our land.
