Yup, that’s all libtard liars ever have, taking words out of context and plastering it all over the headlines. Just like the “very fine people hoax”, where he said the opposite of what they claimed. It is disengenious.
And - AGAIN - the Democrats jump on a line and take it out of context.
They were talking about is he responsible for getting this prisoner back, like 7 questions that were all a different version of the same question.
She then asked "Are you responsible for upholding the constitution"
He said "I don't know..." and then went on talking about he doesn't know if there is a constitutional reason he has to do this.
He - OBVIOUSLY - was not talking about does he have to uphold the constitution generally.
He was saying he doesn't know if there is a constitutional directive he has to uphold in returning this prisoner.
Clear as day. - And - AGAIN - the media lies and parrots like the OP - repeat.
This is not in Trump's hands he kept explaining. She is the master of clickbait. That is trump's answer when asked if he has to uphold the Constitution.
He doesn't know.
Does nobody but me see a problem here?

Trump, asked if he has to 'uphold the Constitution,' says, 'I don't know'
Trump said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” that he’s following lawyers’ advice as he tries to execute rapid deportations, arguing that giving immigrants due process is time-consuming.www.nbcnews.com
That is what you want to think.arguing that giving immigrants due process is time-consuming.
Or in other words, Constitutional.
IOW impossible because traitor-Biden did not defend our border and welcomed in illegal aliens and now, there's too many.arguing that giving immigrants due process is time-consuming.
Or in other words, Constitutional.
Fake OP. Fake analysis of what Trump actually said within the context that he said it. Context is everything. And most likely fake are intentionally skewed interpretations of pretty much everything by NBC News re anything Trump or MAGA.That is trump's answer when asked if he has to uphold the Constitution.
He doesn't know.
Does nobody but me see a problem here?

As opposed to your cults lies, that killed people?"Trump's honesty"?![]()
He doesn’t know if her view is what he needs to uphold, he’s relying on the doj. Pretty clear what he was talking about but dembots need a headline and nbc needs click baitThat is trump's answer when asked if he has to uphold the Constitution.

AGAIN - Democrats want to ignore the fact Biden created this mess. He is the one that allowed in 100,000s of criminals - not just hard working immigrants - CRIMINALS.
Trump is right, you can't have court hearings, with a judge for every one of them.
That would be impossible.
Democrats don't care. They just hate Trump.
IOW impossible because traitor-Biden did not defend our border and welcomed in illegal aliens and now, there's too many.
I love Trump's honesty. That is a very rare trait.
Remember, 15 years ago during the Tea Party movement the right would carry around little pocket Constitutions and dress up like colonial-era Americans. They don't even pretend to care about the Constitution anymore. Like Christianity, it's lost currency on the right. The entire movement is just Trump.
What are you talking about?Constitution. 9-0
He knows he is not a lawyer or constitutional scholar and, where he lacks specific expertise, he does look to experts he trusts to provide information he does not naturally have. All good leaders do that.He doesn’t know if her view is what he needs to uphold, he’s relying on the doj. Pretty clear what he was talking about but dembots need a headline and nbc needs click bait
The world’s most mistrusted man!
The Harbor seals are busy today barking. Not a lawyer?
I guess he doesn’t recall his oath of office.
That has nothing to do with the problem of millions of unidentified illegal aliens in our country that Biden virtually welcomed in. Talk about not upholding the Constitution. Also, if you are referring to SCOTUS' decision to 'facilitate' Garcia's return, Trump already tried but Bukele refused. What do you want to do? Start a war with El Salvador?Constitution 9-0.
Edit time.Oh for crimminy sake.
He doesn’t know because he’s not a lawyer if “due process” applies to illegal aliens.
It’s a fair answer. He isn’t obligated to know. She repeated her slanted question to the President and changed the verbiage just a bit. Apparently, he was still addressing the prior question.
There are many reasons to support the application of some (limited) “due process” for even illegal aliens. But there are also reasons to believe that the Constitution’s guarantees of “due process” may not apply to illegal aliens.
Assuming (as I happen to) that even a legal aliens are deserving of some due process, once again the question becomes: “what process is ‘due’ to an election legal aliens?”
It may very well be that their sole entitlement is to be heard (by any questioning American official) about their legal status in our land.
Someone tell Rawley that his previously shared link seems to lean towards the latter. Once again, thanks to Rawley.
I hope that makes my previous effort a bit less confusing. Once again, I failed to edit. My bad.Oh for crimminy sake.
