Your unemployment argument is deeply misleading. Moving from 3.4% to 4.1% is still historically low unemployment by modern American standards. In many decades, economists would have celebrated 4.1% as an exceptionally strong labor market. You are treating tiny fluctuations within a low-unemployment environment as though they represented Hoover-era collapse.

The Biden 3.4% to 4.1% rise in unemployment was refuting your FALSE claim that unemployment stayed historically low.

It did not. It rose, and a .7% increase over 1.5 years, is not something to disregard.

And your GDP claim is simply false. The United States did not have “three consecutive recessions” from Q3 2023 to Q1 2025. A recession is not declared because somebody on a forum yells the word in all caps. GDP growth during Biden’s term fluctuated, but the economy continued growing overall, job creation remained strong, consumer spending remained resilient, and the stock market repeatedly reached record highs. Conservatives spent years insisting Biden presided over economic Armageddon while Americans kept traveling, spending, hiring, and investing.

FALSE! NO! the economy did NOT continue growing. It SHRUNK continually, as is the definition of a recession (decline in GDP over 2 consecutive quarters.

NO! Under Biden, job creation was NOT strong FOR AMERICANS, because whatever jobs there were (at all levels) were being scooped up by illegal aliens who Biden was importing in at unprecedented rates.

Consumer spending was in the toilet, due to the stunning skyrocketed housing rental increases (200% inflation) - this knocked the hell out 112 million renters + 65 million small business owners dependent on those renters for sales + 160 million stockholders whis businesses were taking huge hits as a result of the astronimicla rents.

"Americans kept traveling, spending, hiring, and investing." is the fairy tale Biden spinners spun, and you fall for it.
