I did and I think he’s doing just fine.We have a SO CALLED president who does not know if he should uphold the Constitution. Think about that....
that and enough americans vote you into office. That's the problem with the US system, anyone can become President, they don't need to know anything, other than how to manipulate people.
Something you clearly have zero knowledge about.WTF are you talking about?
Duh. That only applies when we are depriving them of life, liberty or property. Shipping them back to the shithole they came from does none of those three. This is well settled law.The Constitution gives that right to “the people”. All persons. It makes no distinction as to citizenship
well again, that wasn't the question. He was not asked if he thought he had to uphold the constitution. For those of us who appreciate the facts....
Trump did not explicitly state that he doesn't have to follow the constitution. He said I don't know because he has brilliant lawyers that work for him, and they are going to obviously follow what the Supreme Court said. He never said that he is exempt from following the law.
Many seem to be taking out of context what he did say during the NBC interview and are spinning for their own political agendas. So what else is new? It wouldn't be a day that ended in a "y" if they weren't attempting to revise what he did in fact say.

Trump says 'I don't know' when asked if he must uphold the Constitution
President Donald Trump said, "I don't know," when asked on NBC's "Meet the Press" whether he must uphold the Constitution to execute his deportation strategy.www.usatoday.com
In a thread about the Constitution this retard wishes we could just be ruled by elites. That's the problem with the US system, anyone can become President, they don't need to know anything, other than how to manipulate people.
Laughing at Trump's honesty after who you voted for the past 2 elections????"Trump's honesty"?![]()
Hilarious. Everyone deserves due process, accept if you are here illegally. Listen to your video again. The poster going by the moniker Rawley is a typical far rightwing hyper-partisan idiot who knows nothing about nothing, least of all the US Constitution.
Trump's Administration has already admitted that everyone within US borders is legally entitled to due process

Sec. Rubio says all on U.S. soil entitled to due process as Trump admin reportedly deports citizens
Secretary of State Marco Rubio tells Meet the Press that all citizens and noncitizens in the U.S. are entitled to due process, amid concerns following the Trump administration’s deportation of three U.S. citizen children and their mothers.www.nbcnews.com
To report otherwise, at this point, is to scream you're liar.
Yep. But doesn't come from the 5th or 14th Amendment that you were citing. So you guys don't think there is Administrative Due process for Civil Immigration enforcement, which is a thing.
Odd, you didn't have a single word in your post or the post you were responding to regarding "llegals in that they can be scoped up, flowing in the dead of night and imprisioned in a 3rd world country Human Storage Facility indefinately without Due Processs, access to the courts, and habeas corpus proceedings."Or that there is no Due Process for illegals in that they can be scoped up, flowing in the dead of night and imprisioned in a 3rd world country Human Storage Facility indefinately without Due Processs, access to the courts, and habeas corpus proceedings.
Criminal Due Process is what "WW" was talking about in terms of locking away people without access to the courts and the government being requried to prove their claims.s\
Backatcha.You should be ashamed.
WW
if someone is here illegally, how do they get due process? What is it would anyone know about that illegal, other than they aren't legal? So you guys don't think there is Administrative Due process for Civil Immigration enforcement, which is a thing.

Words matter
Backatcha.
well he never said any of that. Propaganda junkI am responding to the O/P thread title. If you bothered to read, you'd know this.
Trump Doesn't Know if He Has to Uphold the Constitution Because He's Not a Lawyer
not for illegals. I'm still waiting where it says that. And the post I was responding to was from Edgetrho (#8) which was a completely bonkers screed about there not being due process in the constitution or judicial review.
The post where YOU responded was to me showing him such in the Constitution.
WW
Take it up with the O/P then.well he never said any of that. Propaganda junk
Is this more or less absurd than (prospective) Justice Jackson claiming she could not tell us what a woman is because she is not a biologist?Remember, 15 years ago during the Tea Party movement....
This is almost always the case when it comes to Trump - what he actually said is rarely reflected in the headline of the story about what he said. Many seem to be taking out of context what he did say during the NBC interview ...
For those of us who appreciate the facts....
