Trump Doesn't Know if He Has to Uphold the Constitution Because He's Not a Lawyer

Constitution is for LOSERS
It has very low ratings

He didn't say what you think he said. We can have judges working around the clock signing deportation orders and those that would block them will be fired. That is exactly how this is going to go, and it's for the betterment of America. These circuit judges will be lucky to be around by the end of May, 2025.

The House will make it so. Hopefully starting today. They will get on board or gtfo the way, I'll tell you that.
oh, and the mentally ill judge in CA wants ICE to get a warrant before arrest, when that isn't even needed for citizens. You get pulled over by a cop and misbehave, they will arrest your sorry ass. So, mentally ill CA judge wants your tax dollars to treat illegally here criminals with a tighter justice system not in the constitution. Who's writing law?

I love Trump's honesty. That is a very rare trait.
That's what he said:

"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
So, is the Lardass Messiah required to honor the oath he swore?

"I don't know."

Should criminal aliens receive gubmint benies?

I am sure the LW nut jobs think so.

No, they should not.

I don’t why it should be a surprise that Trump admitted he wouldn’t uphold the Constitution. He said he was going to be a dictator, and never really said anything different during the course of his campaign.

The American people voted for this. MAGAs want this. So, this is what we have.

…until at least the mid-terms when we will see if the Country wants to stay on this path.

why didn't obammy?

what about obammy? Don't be silent, speak up for those you feel don't honor their oaths.

After a bit of thinking about this I understand the lefts problem here. They aren’t concerned about the Constitution in the least. They are simply pissed off the ret of us don’t see it like they do. Let’s take a look here.

Bruens
Dodd
The no student loan payoff
Etc.

All horrible unconstitutional rulings so egregious we need to pack the illegitimate USSC to correct.

With this one they have determined the court ruled Trump must personally fly AF1 to retrieve this illegal. They said no such thing but that’s what they want it to say. So once again their interpretation is all that matters.

Democrats don’t want the Constitution they want their own interpretation of it.

1A- Free speech for our approved speech.
2A- Muskets
Etc.
We have a SO CALLED president who does not know if he should uphold the Constitution. Think about that....

they were both president right? I'm merely curious why it is of issue since it wasn't under obammy. It seems even you can't answer. interesting.

What is it I'm supposed to be answering?

Trump's oath of office:
  • The Oath:
The oath itself, which is prescribed in the Constitution, is the core requirement. It states: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States".

What is it I'm supposed to be answering?
Why obammy neglected to follow the so called constitutional issue you OP'd?

It's still cracks me up on how some of you in here can't follow your own OPs. wow.

Desperate need to concoct a diversion noted.
how so? wasn't he president? Why did he ignore the constitution just as Trump supposedly has by your comments? in a court, precedence is most always used.

Your impotence in honestly confronting the topic is understandable, but Trump's expressed ignorance concerning his oath cannot be diverted, try as you may.
