Trump Doesn't Know if He Has to Uphold the Constitution Because He's Not a Lawyer

Remember, 15 years ago during the Tea Party movement the right would carry around little pocket Constitutions and dress up like colonial-era Americans. They don't even pretend to care about the Constitution anymore. Like Christianity, it's lost currency on the right. The entire movement is just Trump.

Does that surprise anyone?
That Taz leads with a "Brian the 1/2 of a duo of midget twin Krassenstein Democrat shills with extreme TDS BS tweet on a Sunday? Not really. :dunno:
And they're Jews, too! :aargh:

The Judiciary in this Country is out of control and needs to be reined-in. The Constitution doesn't award nearly as much power to the Judiciary as the Judiciary has seized of its own accord.

Know who invented 'Due Process'? The Judiciary. Know who invented Judicial Review? The Judiciary.

The Judiciary is NOT a Co-equal Branch of government. It was never intended to be. The only people who ever said the Judiciary was a co-equal branch of government is (If you guessed; The Judiciary, you win a prize)

If our Founding Fathers had intended for the Judiciary to be a co-equal arm of government they would have given them an enforcement mechanism.

They didn't. So when the Judiciary tries to tell the Executive what to do, they have to ask the Executive to enforce it for them.

So what trump should do is just ignore them. What are they gonna do about it? Tell me -- What will the Hacks-In-Black do about it??

The Executive, the Legislative and The People listen to the Judiciary because we all WANT to. We used to trust them. They used to be and are supposed to be -- Impartial. They no longer are. Anybody that thinks the Judiciary is ipartial is part of the problem. They are not.

Not anymore. They are this country's biggest problem and need to be bitch-slapped into reality. The Judiciary IS the Deep State.
Due process was NOT invented by our judiciary silly one....

It is a foundation of a free Nation and a cornerstone of Democracy, written in to our CONSTITUTION by the founders in the 5th and the writers of the 14th A. later on.

After a bit of thinking about this I understand the lefts problem here. They aren’t concerned about the Constitution in the least. They are simply pissed off the ret of us don’t see it like they do. Let’s take a look here.

Bruens
Dodd
The no student loan payoff
Etc.

All horrible unconstitutional rulings so egregious we need to pack the illegitimate USSC to correct.

With this one they have determined the court ruled Trump must personally fly AF1 to retrieve this illegal. They said no such thing but that’s what they want it to say. So once again their interpretation is all that matters.

Democrats don’t want the Constitution they want their own interpretation of it.

1A- Free speech for our approved speech.
2A- Muskets
Etc.

So he's saying he doesn't know if he needs to uphold the oath of office he took?

Well weasels gonna weasel...

NONE of these SHILL Democrats were anywhere to be seen when Joe Biden and Democrats were taking a giant shit on the Constitution and the law during their architected INVASION of 15 million stinking illegals. They ignored the law and bastardized the law, on purpose. With the intent of subverting US elections by injecting 15 million dirt poor illegals they could control with government handouts to BRIBE to vote Dem. Canceling out the votes of born Americans.

Now, talk shit about Trump and the Constitution one more time.
While the President has some authority to influence immigration policy through executive actions, such as executive orders and proclamations, the power to determine immigration policy ultimately resides with Congress. The Constitution vests Congress with "plenary power" over immigration, meaning they have almost complete authority to decide who can enter or remain in the United States.

Elaboration:
  • Congressional Power:

Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution grants Congress the power to establish a uniform rule of naturalization and to make all laws necessary and proper for carrying out its powers, including those related to immigration.

  • Supreme Court Precedent:

The Supreme Court has consistently upheld Congress's plenary power over immigration, meaning they have almost complete authority to decide who can enter or remain in the United States.

  • Executive Branch Actions:

The President can issue executive orders and proclamations that affect immigration policy, but these actions are subject to legal challenges and may be limited by existing laws.

  • Examples of Presidential Actions:

Presidents have used executive actions to suspend entry of aliens, halt refugee admissions, end "catch and release," and implement travel bans.

  • Limits on Presidential Power:

While the President has broad authority, the power to determine immigration policy ultimately resides with Congress. Courts have held that the President cannot use their authority to interfere with or subvert other parts of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) or other federal laws.

  • Examples of Challenges to Presidential Actions:

Some courts have ruled that the President may not invoke their authority to address purely domestic considerations, such as high unemployment or costs to taxpayers.

Comes from the Magna Carta, which wasn't about all individuals, but protected the rich from the monarch. Obviously this has changed over time to be what it is today.

Back in the day you didn't really have "the judiciary", you had lords who had power to do whatever they liked and were above the law, when compared to normal people.

Is the judiciary out of control? The whole of US politics is out of control. Do these people want to change that? No. They just want supremacy for their side, ie, Trump in this case. They want him to be ABOVE the judiciary and legislature.
