Here's something in The Constitution all those judges and probably everyone in this thread might should read...Due process was NOT invented by our judiciary silly one....
It is a foundation of a free Nation and a cornerstone of Democracy, written in to our CONSTITUTION by the founders in the 5th and the writers of the 14th A. later on.
" Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

Now, if what these judges are doing is NOT protecting the states from invasion, then they are in violation of The Constitution and their oaths of office to it if they took any.
