All Trump told his followers to do is go to the Capital and protest the certification. Even if Trump lied (and he didn't because he really believed the election was rigged) he's still covered under the right of free speech to do it. Dementia lies every time he opens his mouth. Treason is never warranted. The President is the highest authority of our military as commander and chief. What the General did was aid and abet our enemy by not informing the President of their spying operation nor taking any action to prevent it. The General should be court martialed, imprisoned or put to death under the penalty of treason.
