What makes you think the decision was already made?

In most cases I have seen or read about, the decisions are made well in advance of the decision being made public, particularly regarding big cases. I really don't know why they release a flurry of decisions just before they leave town when they had been decided weeks and months prior. I would be in favor of, you decide a case, you make it public ASAP. Maybe they don't want a shitload of protesters constantly interfering with the cases they hear. Having said that, I'm not against finding the leakers and putting them in jail.
