And the parents? Wouldn't a decent parent, not get their child a real looking gun to go fire on people? Wouldn't a real parent also make sure that their kids know better? Not the toy manufacturers fault---but the parents.Yes unfortunately. It should be illegal to make toy guns that look like real ones. The police can't know it isn't in our gun obsessed culture.ya mean like a 12 year old black child with a water pistol---COULD BE ACTUALLYShe could have been carrying a grenade or anything. It's weird. She was an unarmed woman who threatened no one.If it was a private residence, she would have been charged with "breaking and entering"No one believes that.
Breaking and entering is the entering of a building through force without authorization. The slightest force including pushing open a door is all that is necessary.

These people normally believe it is ok to shoot an unarmed person breaking into their home. But it's not ok to shoot someone who is in the forefront of the mob breaking into a chamber, where there are still congressmembers in danger and being protected by police.
She ALONE might not be dangerous but she WAS NOT alone. And that is what they ignore.
