The Kingdom of God will not be a Monarchy. There will be no other King than Jesus Christ. The government of God will be dictatorial. God and Christ will be Sole Authority.

Concerning the Kingdom of Heaven, it doesn't matter what James Madison says.

Pretty much. A lot of modern Christians are stuck in the Old Covenant. In the New Covenant, the "Israel of God" is not a physical nation, it is the body of Christ worldwide, meaning believers in Jesus, regardless of nationality, race, ethnicity, etc.
