The Rittenhouse Verdict

that's not what the law says and you know it.

Look for and finding someone to kill is premeditated murder.

Except among the Querdeken and, of course, when it's a white guy with an AR.

that's not what the law says and you know it.

Post the law that backs your claim.

Look for and finding someone to kill is premeditated murder.

You don't have to keep disagreeing with your original claim.

Except among the Querdeken

Stop molesting that duck.

Not being good at hunting black people and whether the shooting of Rosenbaum and Huber was murder are two separate issues.

1.) There is no basis whatsoever upon which to allege Rittenhouse went there to hunt black people.

2.) The jury determined that the shootings were in self defense.
1. There is a basis. Armed himself and went to a protest o Black people. and
2. The judge corrupted the entire proceeding. Obvious bias. The judge should be charged with accessory after the fact.

"Defending yourself against felons assualting you, still not murder, let alone premeditated."

You first Querdeken.

Try a dictionary Querdeken.

He had the option to retreat...

He was retreating. He was running from Rosenbaum and found himself cornered by the building and the parked cars. If it wasn’t for that he would have just kept on running.

So, again, are you saying he should have let Rosenbaum beat and maybe kill him?
He also went off on his own away from the other nuts with guns...

Actually I think the other guys were with him at the scene of the dumpster fire.
You know, most of us have the good sense to stay away from the crazy homeless person.

Most of us are not clairvoyant.
On the very rare occassion someone shoots an active shooter, that's exactly what the NRA does.

The NRA is not part of shooting investigations.
Forgetting that we only had an active shooter to start with because guns are so easy to get.

Guns are incapable of pulling their own triggers.

1.) He didn’t go there to participate in the protest or any counterprotest. He went to help injured people, clean grafiti and protect a business from vandalism.

2.) A protest comprised mostly of white people.
2. The judge corrupted the entire proceeding. Obvious bias. The judge should be charged with accessory after the fact.

1.) Irrelevant. Whether true or not, it has nothing to do with your claim that Rittenhouse went there to shoot blacks.

2.) Grosskreutz, one of the people he shot, was also armed.

And the subhuman criminal pieces of shit had the option of not attacking him in the first place.

The first guy was mentally ill, the other two were trying to stop an active shooter. For someone who prides himself on law and order, you certainly seem pretty keen on supporting lawlessness.

Then again, you belong to a cult started by a pedophile con artist.

I'm saying he should have stayed home, not engaged in instigating the situation to start with.

Again, once you say you can gun down unarmed people in incidents YOU instigate, that's pretty much the road to lawlessness.

The NRA is not part of shooting investigations.

no, but they do cheer on the lawlessness that allows them to happen.

That is a proven lie.

They were not trying to stop an activve shooter and he was not one.

Mental iullness does not justify attacking someone and trying to kill them as Rosenbaum did.

where did that happen?? wasnt the case with rittenhouse,,

The knife was in the floor of his car... Not in his hand, lunging at the officer. The officer shot him in the back seven times and only hit him three... with his kids only a few feet away. But they were black kids, so I'm sure if they got hit by a stray bullet, you'd tell me why they had it coming, too. It's kind of your thing.

No, I just think it's silly to think putting out a dumpster fire during a riot was this great thing. SAVE THE GARBAGE!!!!

Rosenbaum actually lived there, because he was a homeless person living on the street.

Yes, that judge made a lot of stupid decisions, didn't he?

Brandishing a weapon. Falsely claiming to be an EMT. Being out after Curfew.

Yet neither of them managed to kill anyone, only little Shooty McFlopsweat did.

It's completely relevant to the shooting. If Kyle had been black, he'd have caught dozens of police bullets and we wouldn't be having this conversation.
The photo shows a curve bladed knife in his hand.

And he admitted he had it in his hand.

show me where youre right,, the evidence presented in the court case proves you wrong,,
The evidence in court clearly showed
He armed himself
We went armed to a place where he knew he would encounter protesters
He found protesters
He shot them.

Premeditated murder.
