IMO this judge, Zia Faruqui, was wrong in comparing Cole Allen's assassination attempt with J6ers because, the judge said, that Allen was treated more harshly than other defendants accused of political violence including those charged after the J6 'riot.' First off, J6ers didn't riot, they didn't attempt to kill anyone and did not want to assassinate Biden. So, right there, one can see the contempt for Trump and utter biased against J6 defendants.

Allen said he had expected to die during the assassination attempt therefore, rightly so, he was put in a padded cell and put on suicide watch.

I just can't understand this judge at all and I wish he be legally removed from this case. BTW Grok says he was involved in community outreach, including Muslim-Arab outreach coordinator. Yeah, who would have guessed? He's another Muzzie.

The guy is a self described Pakistani-American. They say he was born to Pakistani immigrant parents in the U.S. but Grok says there is no public birth certificate or detailed birthplace information for Faruqui. IMO, he's an anchor kid.

Maybe presumed innocent in the mechanics of jurisprudence, but let's face facts: our legal system exists to feed itself not seek justice. Both in the Tyler Robinson case and now this Cole Allen, we have two examples where an individual clearly committed a heinous crime, we have the proof, we all know who did what, there is no doubt, so why are these people still on this Earth? Why will it now take many years of endless litigation and procedure costing millions of dollars just to arrive at the sole conclusion everyone knows both these cases will end up at? I mean, other than to put millions of dollars in lawyers and judge's pockets just as health insurance companies interject themselves to collect millions of dollars denying people healthcare while the doctors and hospitals get rich?

THERE IS NOT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that Cole Tomas Allen intended to kill as many of the Trump Cabinet, the heads of our government as he could with the shotgun, firearms and knives he carried as possible before being killed himself. There is no more heinous crime possible than unless if he had succeeded. This is 1000X more heinous than anyone on J6 was ever accused. I personally don’t presume that he’s not guilty. Quite the opposite. I therefore could not serve as a juror when his case goes to trial (not that there was any risk of that happening, of course).

In the interests of fairness I suppose but the guy is guilty as sin, so I do not see why a person already known guilty and of so heinous a crime, still needs months and years of hearings just to be "fair," when we already know the outcome? Violate his rights? What rights? He deserves life in prison or execution. We deserve cost-effective and efficient adjudication. I mean, if we cannot decide a guy's guilt quickly literally seeing him rush the Exec Branch of the government with a rifle live on TV in high-def trying to take them all out, then our justice system is broken. Like I said, it is all show business now and contracts with CBS to air the hearings every afternoon for months to sell advertising space.

And as far as a reasonable, impartial jury, again, what other possible outcome can there be in his case than guilty? Will a jury find him innocent by reason of insanity due to the pressures of having Trump as his president?
