These characters have parallels in ancient Sumerian-Akkadian mythology, and probably each of them can be associated either with a deity or even with a real person.

The names of these angels, as a rule, have a clear etymology, for example, many names end with "el", this is a borrowing from the ancient deity Elu.

Samuel could have been written off from a real character Sumu-la-El (also Sumulael or Sumu-la-ilu) that was a King in the First Dynasty of Babylon

All angels with the "el" postfix should be associated with Phenicia and Ugarit, since Ilu is their main deity

The very names of the Abrahamic chief god Elloh and Allah, are direct variants of the name Elu (ʾilāh).
Consequently, Abrahamism comes directly from Phenicia and Ugarit.

And names ending in "of" such as Sabaoth and Jaldabaoth (associated with Yahweh among the Gnostics) are obviously serpentine deities. The root of this is obviously a snake. For example, Ophelia was a vestal who listened to a snake.
There is clearly a chthonic origin, the same as that of the Greek titans.
The very name Ophelia easily decomposes into parts of snake - el

Samuel wasn't an angel...he was a prophet/judge of the people.
There was another Samuel, the one you are talking about is just a name. According to Abrahamic myths, this is the enemy of Michael

in translation it is the Poisonous God(as it is considered)

Samuel is identified with Satan himself, and once he was the most powerful of the seraphim, he had 12 wings.

By the way, it was initially possible there was an opposition of seraphim / elohim
