And another clear reminder of why Trump won the election............
In America, Gen Z, will be looked back on as the generation where the wheels finally came off the track.

Actor Emma Dumont has embraced their gender identity, adopting a new name in their personal life while keeping the name Emma for their professional one.

Best known for playing J. Robert Oppenheimer’s sister-in-law Jackie in Christopher Nolan’s 2024 best picture winner “Oppenheimer,” the 30-year-old star of “The Gifted” subtly shared the update on their Instagram account, listing amended pronouns “they/them” and a new name, Nick, in their bio.

A representative for Dumont did not reply immediately Friday to The Times’ request for comment.

It is simply seeking attention.

Well, I don't think there are 50 genders. Gender is certainly a spectrum, however.

The bigger question is, why do you care? Is this actor thinking she is more male than female really bothering you or upsetting your day?
Why not use the word "personality" instead of "gender". Up until 5 seconds ago, people understood "gender" as a synonym for a person's sex, male or female.

Gender identity is merely a supported government platform to display and label their mental illness within a defined framework.

Well, the proper term would be "Gender Identity".

And it goes well beyond "Personality".

But here's the more important question- why do you care? What effect is it having on your life?

No that is not a more important question. That said, the so-called concept of "Gender Identity" is causing harm to society. Today we have people having perfectly good body parts cut off and fake body parts constructed all in the name of "Gender Identity" It's an epidemic in our society which was practically unheard of 50 years ago. Now, visit any highs school or college and you will find people confused about their gender identity.

Okay, so your argument is that some people are having "elective" surgery to meet their self image.

I don't see you being as upset about

Hair transplants
Breast Augmentation
Liposuctions
Tummy tucks
Rhinoplasties
Blepharoplasties on Asian who want to look more white
etc.

As for more people identifying as 'gender fluid" today, is that because it's trendy, or because people are just more comfortable being who they are.

Take left-handedness. Once upon a time, when a teacher saw little Timmy favoring his left hand, they forced him to use his right hand. Then they realized that was a bad idea, and stopped doing that.
