I don't really have anything against the woman, accept her loose lips, though I know she is much further to the left of center than she needs to be, not making her evil, just somebody I am not likely to see eye to eye with. Was never sure why she was picked or who picked her. With her level of national government experience and the position she is in, I do not see her doing anything remotely impressive to prove herself, in any way during the next 3 1/2 years. Good position to learn, but not advance, even if she in fact takes time to learn.
Looks like she may learn something about the border, or at least she is finally going down there to talk to the people that know and work the border. I still figure, Joe gave her the assignment to teach her not to chuckle about administration problem points in front of reporters, unless she wants to get in on the blame for the handling of them. Sounds exactly Joe's style and a very good move, but almost as effective as trump putting Pence as the frontman on Covid-19. Assigning her is the kind of move I would make if my own XO ever laughed to others about something I was getting my balls beat for.
