Maybe.

Challenge is that the name "Nibiru" has been bandied about in varied contexts and meanings such that I'm not sure which version you might be asking about.
'Nibiru' for some is a generic catchall for a possible range of unconventional orbital objects, not all could be "Nibiru", but one might. However, the Sumerians are quoting what they were told by the Anunnaki so the issue of disinformation or red herring may be in play.
Sorry there is no quick or easy answer to that question from me since there are at least 3-4 cases of celestial objects/planet/planetoid/or other, one of which that might be "The Nibiru", meaning the others would be something else, some other name, etc.
I've went through this in the Geminga Scenario which it appears you've found, so you might find your answer rummaging around there.
