Zone1 God's Covenant with Noah

Carl in Michigan

The Noahic Covenant was given to Noah and his seed after him. In other words it was to all of mankind. (Gen. 9:9) "And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you."

It is an 'everlasting covenant'. (Gen. 9:16) "And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth."

A true Christian seeks to obey God's will, to live like Jesus, the apostles and the prophets, not to live like those removed from God, living like the fallen

A true Christian believes what the Bible says. And Noah was not removed from God. And the Covenant God made with Noah has never been revoked. As I showed you, it is 'everlasting'.

Apparently you don't believe the Bible. What now?

there is no covenant made w/ noah - he simply would have been the last person of greater good than evil leaving only the evil by his passing, the reason for heavenly intervention giving humanity a second chance killing the evil ones beforehand -

the covenant is w/ a&e the heavenly goal necessary to attain judgement for admission to the everlasting. the triumph of good vs evil.

I believe God. There is a lot you don't understand. I will answer legitimate and honest questions, but I know you live to argue. You can argue with others, not me. This OP is a draft of a chapter I'm working on. It is my spiritual journey. You can read it, agree or not. I really don't care. If your attitude is good and your questions are sincere, I will respond, but I won't engage in endless debate because I know how much you love to argue. But here is what you aren't considering;

God often ALLOWS and TOLERATES the less than ideal.

God TOLD you about the ONLY world He called "very good." His ideal world is described in Genesis 1:29. That was a world where Man ate without bloodshed. Man's ONLY job was to CARE FOR the animals God put on this earth.
.
Slaughtering came with a FALLEN world.

After the EVIL Age of Man, which ends with the Return, you will not be allowed to slaughter His creation.

IF you are called out of this world, and IF you pray, "your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, you WILL strive to live an Edenic or MILLENNIAL life.

If you call yourself "christian " but argue for the "right" to live as the "fallen", well then your prayer, "your will be done on earth as it is in heaven" is not sincere and God sees your empty words.

That covenant was for the fallen, not the sincere Christian whom God called OUT of this EVIL world

For someone who doesn't want to argue, you sure are using a lot of words.

Quick question.

Are you completely free from using anything that comes from killing an animal?

You're a crab in a bucket

I guess that's a no.
I don't eat dead animals. Do you have to live a perfect life in order to say something is right or wrong.

You're also taking the thread off topic to justify not growing and not learning

The "crab in a bucket" mentality describes a human behavior where individuals try to prevent others from succeeding, often out of envy, resentment, or a sense of insecurity. The metaphor comes from the anecdotal observation that if one crab tries to climb out of a bucket, the others will pull it back down, ensuring none escape. This toxic mindset, also known as the crab-bucket effect or crab theory, can hinder both individual potential and collective progress in various social and professional settings.

The topic is killing and eating animals.

I knew you were hypocritical in your criticism of others eating animals.

If you practiced what you preach you would refrain from all uses of dead animals.

But, did it ever occur to you the reason why God said it was ok to eat animals.

Many animals are rich in protein, something the imperfect man would need.

Is it ok that we kill animals for medicine?

Protein originates from plants in the first place. Where do you think the animals you eat get their protein from? There's no need to eat a decaying corpse to get protein, you can cut out the 'middle-man' and get it straight from the source.

If everyone on the planet were eating only plants, do you think there would be enough?

Besides, how many animals have to die in order harvest crops?
