It should be simple.
God gave punishments to the serpent, the woman and Adam in verses 15-19. Why?Quote where God uses the word "punishment".
God didn't write this account. Men did.Does God use the word "punishment"
in any of these verses?
If they weren't leaving together, why did God make garments for both of them?Does God use the word "punishment"
in any of these verses?
It reads like a punishment.Because that's the reality of the world they chose to correct.
Not a punishment, or negative judgement of Eve.
Did she disobey God? Is disobeying God a positive? Were you taught to disobey God?Not a punishment, and certainly not judging Eve's choice negatively.
The entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation is 100% God inspired. It's His message to His creation. Not only is it history Book but it's a love letter. It's an instruction Manual. The men who penned the Bible were vessels used by God for His purposes. Man gets none of the glory for all glory is given to God.God didn't write this account. Men did.
God gave punishments to the serpent, the woman and Adam in verses 15-19. Why?
Were you taught that disobeying God is a good thing?Again, because that's the reality of the world they chose to correct.
God told them what not to eat and they disobeyed. So they got kicked out of Eden. Mostly because they failed to be accountable like you are doing now.God told them they would eat,
then judged it "very good."
Who are we to argue?
Did God also tell them what happens the day they eat?God told them what not to eat and they disobeyed. So they got kicked out of Eden. Mostly because they failed to be accountable like you are doing now.
You were taught wrong.I'm taught that the day concluded with the most positive judgement in creation.
Did you find a verse that contradicts it?
Or read the account as it was written. Was Eve unaware of God's command?Did God also tell them what happens the day they eat?
Perhaps we should censor that part for the dogma.
I'm wondering where your missing verse is.Is that the missing verse you can't provide?
All a grand metaphor RylahWhat do you think?
And fail to be accountable when we are caught. All a grand metaphor Rylah
It's about entering life in the physical form
and finding out we all have needs.....
much of which we put before others
