Tariff ruling.

You said congress failed at everything for the last 40 years.
Now you'll have to walk that back.
He probably won't have to walk it back. Congress has been gutless wonders for far more than 40 years, as they kick the can down the road on control of tariffs & trade, immigration, abortion, environmental issues, with the list going on and on. Now, they may actually have to step up again and do their damned jobs.

"...who last year pocketed $1 billion wiping his butt with the Emoulements Clause".
Prove it, asshole.
How about the luxury jet he was gifted from Qater that he gets to keep after he leaves office, stupid? The same jet that he's fleecing the taxpayer's for close to $1 billion to refurbish it.

Cry harder. Your MAGA tears are comedy gold. :auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg:

just pointing out how the left loses their minds when the SC doesn't rule in their favor .. don't worry .. the Trump admin has other methods to keep the Tariffs in place ..
we'll see....

Congress has been going downhill for decades, but you can't say they've been this bad for the last 40 years.
As I pointed out, they passed all the budget bills and balanced the budget at the turn of the century.

he didn't stack it as good as he thought

To men like Trump, they should be invariably loyal to him

he did not count on them being more loyal to their own conscience and their personal interpretations of the law. That's an utterly foreign concept to men like Trump who've always operated under a system of quid pro quo and cronyism
Especially to a man who, from childhood, has had everything he wanted, handed to him on a garish golden platter.

1,800 companies are already before the court, including those in the supreme court decision.
They will probably be the first to collect, while the court decided whether to handle the hundreds of thousands of potential cases on an individual or class action basis.
Still not out of the realm.

we'll see....
And they will also be shot down. By now most voters realize that they must elect a congress that reclaims their authority. They cannot rely on a rubber stamp group of hapless cowards that fall to their knees each time the felon spews his orders.

Congress gave up it's authority during the Obama presidency.

Actually this is another Chief Justice Roberts rubbing their nose in it.
He has often ruled an entire law to be unconstitutional because of a single fixable flaw.
Saying that they're throwing out the law in it's entirety, instead of separating the unconstitutional part, because congress can just fix the error, and enact the law anew.
Knowing that congress is so deadlocked, he knows they are incapable of doing a simple fix.
Yeah, Democrats harmed flying by citizens, funds for the coast guard, and also for FEMA. Are you proud?

Man, I hope you're right. So far, I'm not seeing it in the primary candidates...
