Tariff ruling.

SCOTUS only blocked IEEPA for revenue, not tariffs overall.

"This administration will invoke alternative legal authorities to replace the IEEPA tariffs."

Pivoting to validated Section 232 and Section 301, plus Section 122 - estimates show "virtually unchanged tariff revenue in 2026."

Trump's team planned this all along.

If there were alternatives they would be using them. They could have switched to the alternatives and never had to lose in court. Again.

It's bullshit, like everything this nonce says.

If you think Trump is done and that he can't/won't impose tariffs via another law, you're even dumber than I thought.
And, man, that's a low ******* bar.

Subject to negotiation.
NOPE.
Subject to a lawsuit and the decision of the court.
In this case the international court of trade that has exclusive jurisdiction, and it was their decision that the supreme court upheld.

So it gets kicked back down to the court who originally declared the tariffs ILLEGAL, to fashion a remedy.

Not a prayer. Companies will fight and get a stay. USSC has spoken.

I guarantee that Trump 100% assumed the justices he appointed would give him absolute loyalty and is pissed as hell that they're not.
Well, he appointed them so now they owe him forever.

That's mob boss mentality.

Wrong. Those sections cap the Tariff at 10% and 150 days.
Trump imposed 100% tariffs indefinately.

Not even close.

Trump is now putting tariffs on countries that we have a trade surplus with.

You're a Communist. What do you know about economics or a democratically elected government?
I know the constitution gives a lot of power to congress to avoid authoritarian rule. Taxing and tariffs are one of those things. I know my company will be suing the US for $20M in paid tariffs on Monday along with tens of thousands of other companies.
