The importation of slaves into the United States was made illegal on January 1, 1808, with the passage of the "Act Prohibiting the Importation of Slaves". This act was passed by Congress in March 1807No it it doesn't.
Where does it say illegal aliens have birthright citizenship?
The birthright citizenship clause was intended to protect the citizenship for the children of the emancipated slaves.
Any slave imported between 1808 and 1865 were illegal aliens.
Yet the 14th amendment clearly gave citizenship to their children, of all former slaves independent of their legal status.
