Michael Moore has called on Nancy Pelosi to shut down the government to prevent the Supreme Court vacancy left by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg from being filled.
He told Democrat voters to speak out against President Donald Trump, who plans to pick a replacement this week for Ginsburg's spot on the nation's highest court.
Moore suggested shutting the federal government down until Mitch McConnell says in writing that they'll wait to confirm the nominee
Pelosi said over the weekend that she'd consider impeaching Trump for trying to push forward with the nomination of a new justice
Trump said on Monday that he will announce his Supreme Court nominee - which will reportedly be a woman - sometime this week. The president stressed that he wants Ginsburg's successor appointed "quickly" before the presidential election.

Moore also said during a Sunday morning appearance on MSNBC's Weekends that Democrats are going to stop Republicans' efforts to "try and ram some right-wing judge in" Ginsburg's vacant supreme court seat.
He claimed that the push to pause the vote on a new justice would happen days before "the majority of Americans show up to throw Trump out of the White House."
"We need to be out in the streets. We need to be in front of the local offices in your states, where the U.S. senators have their local offices," he said.
"We need protests out there every single day.”

A "right wing judge" is one who follows the law as written, a "left wing judge" is one who follows the law the way he / she thinks it should have been written ,, big difference. which would you prefer ??"
What the leadership of the so-called "Democratic Party" is doing is a FULL discreditation of the political system that corrupted politicians and journalists for some reason call "democracy". But even THIS does not stop them - the craving for power is so strong ...
The calls to "shut down the government" is call for a new phase in the attempted coup d'etat. The paradox is that these presumptuous corrupt politicians for some reason are sure that they have immunity in relation to Article 115 of the Criminal Code of our country.
I wonder what Moore meant speaking about protests: did he mean only rallies, or violence, robberies, arson, and murder ???
I hope that in the very near future the US Attorney General will demonstrate that this belief is wrong.
