1st a Navy SEAL was arrested for killing a terrorist.
"When the trial of a decorated Navy SEAL opened in a San Diego military courtroom Tuesday, prosecutors promised jurors would hear from witnesses who saw the special warfare operator plunge a knife into the neck of a wounded ISIS prisoner."
- So far one of the prosecution's own witnesses testified HE, not the Navy SEAL, was the one who killed the terrorist.
DESPITE THIS CLAIM UNDER OATH BY THE PROSECUTION'S OWN WITNESS NO MISTRIAL OR MOVE TO STOP THE TRIAL HAS BEEN MADE / HONORED.
- NOW, After testifying for the prosecution that the terrorist's wound was consistent with being stabbed with a knife, during defense attorney questioning Dr. Frank Sheridan, a forensic pathologist, "There is no evidence at all that a stabbing occurred”.
The defense attorney pressed the Pathologist to admit THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THE NAVY SEAL ON TRIAL COMMITTED A CRIME / KILLED THE TERRORIST:
“As far as you can see, there is no blood on his hands?”
--- “As far as I can see,” said Dr. Sheridan.
Investigators have presented the fat that Iraqi Maj. Gen. Abbas al-Jubouri, who was reportedly there before, during and after [the ISIS prisoner] died hast declared Gallagher did NOT kill the terrorist, information already known before Gallagher was charged with the murder. The defense team has secured his appearance to testify in this trial. The Navy, however, has been silent on anything regarding this case....well, ALMOST:
"The Navy has been a black box of secrecy around this case except for the leaks that mysteriously keep surfacing and make Eddie look bad – until recently, when NSW spoke out to address Eddie’s pre-trial restrictions. A letter sent from NSW Group 1 Commodore Capt. Matthew Rosenbloom – Eddie’s commander – prompted Gallagher’s defense team to quickly file a motion to ease the restrictions, calling out unlawful command influence."
So WHO is pushing for this BS trial of a decorated Navy SEAL....and WHY? Political influence / agenda has been suggested at numerous levels, and the continued push to find Gallagher 'Guilty' despite these massive blows to the prosecution's case appears to suggest there is a 'driven' determination t find him 'guilty'.
