1st a Navy SEAL was arrested for killing a terrorist.

"When the trial of a decorated Navy SEAL
opened in a San Diego military courtroom Tuesday, prosecutors promised jurors would hear from witnesses who saw the special warfare operator plunge a knife into the neck of a wounded ISIS prisoner."

- So far one of the prosecution's own witnesses testified HE, not the Navy SEAL, was the one who killed the terrorist.

DESPITE THIS CLAIM UNDER OATH BY THE PROSECUTION'S OWN WITNESS NO MISTRIAL OR MOVE TO STOP THE TRIAL HAS BEEN MADE / HONORED.

- NOW, After testifying for the prosecution that the terrorist's wound was consistent with being stabbed with a knife, during defense attorney questioning Dr. Frank Sheridan, a forensic pathologist, "There is no evidence at all that a stabbing occurred”.

The defense attorney pressed the Pathologist to admit THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THE NAVY SEAL ON TRIAL COMMITTED A CRIME / KILLED THE TERRORIST:

“As far as you can see, there is no blood on his hands?”
--- “As far as I can see,” said Dr. Sheridan.

Investigators have presented the fat that Iraqi Maj. Gen. Abbas al-Jubouri, who was reportedly there before, during and after [the ISIS prisoner] died hast declared Gallagher did NOT kill the terrorist, information already known before Gallagher was charged with the murder. The defense team has secured his appearance to testify in this trial. The Navy, however, has been silent on anything regarding this case....well, ALMOST:

"The Navy has been a black box of secrecy around this case except for the leaks that mysteriously keep surfacing and make Eddie look bad – until recently, when NSW spoke out to address Eddie’s pre-trial restrictions. A letter sent from NSW Group 1 Commodore Capt. Matthew Rosenbloom – Eddie’s commander – prompted Gallagher’s defense team to quickly file a motion to ease the restrictions, calling out unlawful command influence."

So WHO is pushing for this BS trial of a decorated Navy SEAL....and WHY? Political influence / agenda has been suggested at numerous levels, and the continued push to find Gallagher 'Guilty' despite these massive blows to the prosecution's case appears to suggest there is a 'driven' determination t find him 'guilty'.

Prosecution expert witness admits no evidence of stab wound in Navy SEAL war crimes trial

This is Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher's story

Conditions he was placed in while under arrest were extremely bad and were actually released to the media and reported.

"Eddie Gallagher had been confined at Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar in San Diego for seven months. His family says he was deprived of basic human rights – including inadequate access to his legal team and food – because some of his own SEAL teammates have alleged he committed war crimes."

So without having been convicted of committing a war crime - having just been ACCUSED of having done so, a decorated war hero was confined / imprisoned, denied adequate food, denied adequate legal counsel...?

Upon learning of the conditions under which NAVY SEAN Gallagher was being held President Trump stepped in and ordered he be moved to better quarters while 50 members of Congress urged better pre-trial conditions be granted:

'Gallagher has since been moved from the brig to less-restrictive barracks
at the request of President Donald Trump, after more than 50 members of Congress urged the Navy to reconsider his pre-trial conditions."

According to Gallagher's family, though, the Navy has ignored President Trump's orders regarding Gallagher's treatment:

"Gallagher’s family accuses the Navy of subverting Trump’s command as reports of insufficient meals and living conditions, increasingly difficult circumstances for visitors and phone calls, and more continue piling up – and his new confinement conditions are almost worse than in the brig, they say."

This type of treatment of our military and how seemingly 'pro-terrorist'-leaning attitudes were during the Obama administration. For example, after ISIS perpetrated the largest attack on France since WWII, the coalition (France and Russia) launched an air strike against ISIS Black Market Oil Facilities. (Up until that time, President Obama refused to allow anyone to strike those facilities, despite the fact that they continued to fund at least 50% of ISIS' terrorist attacks - like the one on France.) Instead of JOINING the coalition in the retaliatory strike on ISIS, Obama instead had the US Military drop leaflets down to the terrorists warning them that the attack was coming. Warning the enemy air strikes were coming put coalition lives in danger.

This is Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher's story
At the very least he was trained to "kill" the enemy, the enemy was ISIS, however the scumbag terrorist died is irrelevant. He should get another Medal Mission accomplished" "Fortis Fortuna Adivat" " Fortune favors the Bold" Job well done !
