Democrats expanded the ruling to the point of threatening arrest for erecting a Christmas tree on public property or carrying a Bible to school or saying a prayer in schools while hypocrites in congress said a prayer before sessions.
How many times did you have to hit yourself in the head with a hammer to come up with this horseshit?

Not sure. Is it there?
No. Congressional districts are not in the Constitution. In fact, the first Congressional districts were not mandated by federal law until 1842.

However, in Federalist 56, James Madison suggests dividing the largest states into districts.

But they are NOT in the Constitution.

Ok. Thanks. Didn't know that.

Based on the TardLogic™ I see in this topic, the next time Trump asserts executive privilege, I expect ALL of you to scream, "SHOW ME WHERE 'EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE' IS IN THE CONSTITUTION!"

Mm-kay, retards?

God is not in the Constitution.

Go ahead. Try to find any mention of God in the Constitution. God, Creator, whatever.

Good luck with that.

At the very bottom, where it is signed and dated, you will find the secular, ""Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven".

But nowhere else is God mentioned in any form.

The number of Supreme Court justices is not in the Constitution.
