how am I losing ground when more guns has been the solution for one political party for over 60 years...

I mean, with some exceptions along the way of course...

Right after the government grabs all the drugs you have my blessings to start grabbing guns.

Why? they need help with their addictions and jobs to keep them off of the damn drugs. Its the violent ones who need jail time. Each individual needs to be treated like an individual. Unfortunately, democrats like to paint with a broad brush and put their damn heads in the sand,
The addicts that support the drug trade are a lost cause. They have long since became a liability to society. They provide the money-the life blood-of the drug trade. Lock them up and the whole thing collapses.

So, do you support laws that keep guns away from felons after they have served their time in prison?
Do they automatically not become felons after they served their time? Of course not. So why should they automatically get their rights back?

Oh, that's right, it was democrats blocking all those black Americans from owning guns. You're losing ground because your trolling is getting more desperate.

Sorry, but the Constituiton makes clear that someone's life, LIBERTY (including Consitutionally protected liberty), and property can be taken away with due process of the law.....before someone is a felon, they get due process of the law.

Thus you support some infringing.

Thanks!

I support the Constitution, when there is proper due process, people can lose their rights. This isn't anything new, '

Why do you want to ignore the Constitution and allow felons to go around legally buying and possessing firearms?

The constitution is clear, the only way a right can be taken is by DUE PROCESS. Felons are convicted by DUE PROCESS. They do not automatically regain a right taken due to their actions. They must apply to get them reinstated. In some states that bar is set pretty high. Some crimes will never allow reinstalment.
