It is filthy Blacks committing all the CRIMES against Asians. The THUGS should be happy.

That is why the majority of blacks vote democrat.
That is not why. They are inner city and low information voters. They are regularly agitated by Democrats, when they are not killing themselves, about the problems the Democrats created blamed on anyone or anything else. I would say they were stupid but you would think it was racist.

Possibly some Republicans voted against the bill because (a) they felt that the subject was for local authorities to handle, not the federal government and (b) they realized -- correctly -- that the law would only be symbolic. That it would do nothing to force woke local authorities to actually prosecute the entities that have been beating up Asians to a pulp.

Republicans know that the Dems talk the talk, but they do not walk the walk when it comes to Asians, only when it comes to two other minority groups.

One can be sure that those thugs are not shaking in their boots because of this bill. They know the Dems have their back.

If blue city blacks stopped attacking Asians, none of this would be necessary. Clean your own house.

No. You would be right. They are indeed stupid. Check out the School scores. Blacks score lower than any other ethnic group. WAY lower.

You should be happy they voted against this bill.

Now people in the African American community can continue attacking people in the AAPI community without fear of reprisal.
You think this is a winning argument for you?

What else was included in the bill?
We all know dems pack these bills with pork knowing it will be stopped so they can call republicans evil and cold hearted.

Easy to make all sorts of claims about what a bill is intended to do. I'd rather know what the bill actually does.

The bill, which is likely to be signed by President Joe Biden, would create a new position at the Justice Department to expedite review of potential Covid-19-related hate crimes and incidents reported at the federal, state or local level.

Exactly WTF is a "Covid-19 related hate crime"? What has that got to do with Asian Americans? And why should the taxpayers support one more fat-cat government leach to look at it?
