Here's the problem with this whole line of thought. The point of SCOTUS is to: 1) interpret the constitutionality of laws against the Constitution; 2) handle certain cases between states; and 3) handle certain cases related to international treaties.

None of that relates to how harshly or easily she sentenced the guilty.
