Although Mr. Rhodes has a law degree, most of these people are under educated, middle-aged white guys, angry and scared at the changing world around them, and feel helpless as more and more women and minorities assume legitimate positions of power. This group and the "so called" militias bear watching by law enforcement, but they have neither the weaponry, tactical skill (and most important) the ambition to carry out a civil war.
