Firstly , Iran ANNOUNCED that it was increasing enrichment to 60% - so there was no surreptious attemp to conceal an illegitimate goal

Secondly 60% enrichment does not mean a military weapon

thirdly , If Iran was REALLY willing to manufacture an Atomic Bomb they would have accepted their ally NK Kim Jong Un's numerous offers to help.

Enriching uranium from 60% to 90% is considered a relatively short step in the enrichment process, especially if the initial enrichment is already done using centrifuges.
