Pretty good way of putting it. We offered Iran unlimited nuclear fuel in perpetuity to run nuclear power stations and they DECLINED it. They have over 900 pounds of 60% enriched U235 still unaccounted for and possibly buried deep at one of the destroyed enriching facilities and given the opportunity, if they have their hands on that stuff, they could use it in suitcase-sized dirty bombs or someone could still enrich it within weeks to full weapons grade.
