Putin's war leads to spiraling inflation in Europe

It isn't Putin's war, it is the spending issue that Europe has with massive spending [but not as massive as the US spending] over the past 2 years.
Remember, "inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon" [Friedman].
 
Gutierrez proposes to lift sanctions on food and fertilizers from Russia. Some Western politicians suggest adding oil and gas there. They say we suffer from sanctions ourselves.
Can Russia itself decide to whom and for how much to supply food and fertilizer, oil and gas?

For example, hungarians - without restrictions, poles and the Baltic States - under no conditions, even if all sanctions are lifted!
The products they need are in russian hands. Hence, they must determine the conditions.
In the same way for all other products. Only on russian terms!
