Poverty. What is it Between America's Capitalist Society and Other Capitalist Societies.

what would you know about americas problems when youre not an american??

I consider not being an American an advantage of being able to view the situation clearly from without. If you're seeking more than just a quick answer then you'll have to show you're capable of asking more detailed questions of me.

Or you can just assume that my opinions are uninformed and ignore me.

There are plenty of US citizens who have a very clear and objective view of our issues.
I am not a fan of Fox, CNN, etc because they have to hyperbolize to draw their fans.

I'm pleased that this has become such a popular thread, but not at all surprised because it digs to the heart of America's problems. Problems that are just undeniable even just a few days before Trump is taken out of the WH.

Unfortunately, it has not resulted in many real answers to the problems as it was intended to do.

Capitalism in America has become bastardized in a way that has granted free reign to the wealthy to take all that they please, leaving little for the working class. This is the major difference between America's capitalism and that which is practiced in the world's leading democracies.

And now the results of that have come full circle and the effects on the working people has put America in huge strife that has brought the nation close to civil war.

What is the way out of this mess for America's working people? Has the status quo succeeded in throwing up enough road blocks to make it close to impossible for working class America to gain back a piece of the American pie?

Revolution has just failed because off lack of commitment and lack of positive direction from Trump. He feared taking it as far as would be necessary. But will Trump try again from a safer perch where he's not the president?

The hurting of the working people has created a situation in which revolution could be possible and it's now almost to the point at which it could be aided and abetted by police and military.

Something has to break before the lot of working Americans gets much worse!
You blame Trump even as his policies saved middle class business owners like myself a lot of money. Employment in minority communities was the best it had ever been and the working and middle class were doing better than ever.

Right now, It is the Democrats who have absolutely decimated small business. They closed down the small business and allowed the giant chains to operate. It is the LOWEST end of the economic spectrum that they have hurt the most, and meanwhile, folks like Jeff Besos and Mark Zuckerberg are worth Billions more than they were worth last year. We have seen the most massive transfer of wealth upwards ever and it was all Democrat driven.

People need to learn to look past the Trump hatred and the media propaganda to see what has ACTUALLY happened.

Perhaps Donald H is not one of those driven to success without a certain amount of governmental protection.
Many people are in that category.

NOTICE: If anyone is going to quote me and expect a reply, you'll have to eliminate the long strings of quotes by others. That has become just added confusion over who is quoting me and who is quoting somebody else. I'm not going to fight with the system and try to sort it out anymore!

I like Canadians.
We have many of them living in my community because they can't get the medications they need in Canada.

you are perfectly capable of doing what you ask others to do for you,, its time to stop complaining and do it yourself,,

Your answer has 0 to do with the question.

I've granted you the courtesy of a polite and sincere reply. If you're not going to behave appropriately and return the favour then we're finished for today.
Everybody here knows you and your polite ad hominems.
You did not address the issue.
He's a communist. Didn't you pick up on that? He's here to propagandize the evils of capitalism.
Communists always post ad hominems when asked reasonable questions.

My suggestion, then,

Instead of ordering people around like you do so continually, have you considered just posting like a normal person?

He's a communist as much as Canadians are communists.
I don't consider there's any need to deny your accusation and so I've left it for you to interpret.

Americans can no longer fling the commie/socialist nonsense at people of other countries when it's us that are making capitalism work for the working class as well as the wealthy.

And that's what we're all here to talk about!

I get the impression of somebody very young, possibly still in school, and who has always been in very tightly controlled environments where the socialist teacher tells the kids what they can and cannot say.

It appears that he has never actually experienced a situation where people had any thoughts of their own. That is why he spends so much time trying to control everybody.

what youre doing isnt capitalism,, its called fascism when the government controls the means of production and by extension jobs,,

I'm simply saying that a long string of quotes leads to a situation for me in which it becomes confusing on who is saying what? I don't consider this to be ordering people around. They, and you, can comply with my request or not, whatever pleases you.

If you have anything else to say that is on-topic, I'll reply in the same spirit to which you have chosen.
Your anger is yours, not mine, and so you may want to keep that in mind.

Because he is provided for everyone choosing not to take care of themselves should be provided for. Turn the nation's poor into household pets or perhaps zoo animals. Feed them. Shelter them. Neuter them.
