Both the assaults in Yugoslavia and Libya were as a result of the United Nations Security Council resolutions to intervene in these countries. NOTHING to do with NATO. There was a genocide in Bosnia, and a civil war in Libya with tremendous loss of life.

The ONLY time Article 5 has ever been invoked was after 911 when Bush called on your allies to go after the terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan, and many of your allies refused to go into Iraq, because Iraq had nothing to do with 911.
