You're missing out.

Spam is delicious.

I BBQ it...fry it up as a sandwich for breakfast or lunch...throw it cubed up in beans...or simply slice some off and eat it on a cracker...make stir fry with it...throw it in stew or spaghetti sauce.

I use the bacon version to make Carbonara...it's great.

The hot and spicy fried up replaces andouille sausage in red beans and rice.

And of course anything that takes ham like scalloped potatoes...
