'No Separation Of Church And State': Trump's Religious Liberty Commission Reveals Its Priorities

Yes, it does. Established religion has no place in our government.

no, it doesn’t. Government can support religions it just can’t declare a national religion

Hmm, I’m the same vein, it cannot favor atheism over religion then.

I never said it had to favor anything, I simply said that there is nothing prohibiting religion in government.
I agree. And you are wrong about prohibiting organized religion in government.

I’ll push back on this, you absolutely have the freedom from religion in that you are not required to practice any religion, but this does not mean that religion has to be absent from government.
This entire thread can be summed up by this post.

To me, separation of state and church means, that you don't have to be a Christian to work in or for the government. However, if you are a Christian, your Christian faith won't preventing you from working for the government, either.

The only thing that's a bit iffy for me is when they want to teach the Christian faith in public schools. I don't have any bias against Christianity, however there are kids from different faith backgrounds in those schools and I think their feelings should be taken into consideration.
