It's currently 5.4% under Dementia because he and the other commies decided paying people to stay home was a great way to buy votes. A John Hopikins study shows that there were less covid deaths under Trump than there is under Dementia, and Dementia had three Trump vaccines his entire term that Trump didn't have. So if you want to blame a President for not being able to control a microorganism, make sure it goes both ways.
