Netanyahu’s Historic Win — and Obama’s Humiliating Loss

It is amazing how the frothers on the right look for any reason to make the POTUS look bad. They are so infected with him that they call him stuff like "the current occupant of the White House" and stupid shit like that.

They feed on birther websites like WND and then they wonder when all sane people laugh at them.

It must really suck to be a Rightie, walking around eternally butthurt.

I have some news for you, Asstares: Obama was NOT on the ballot anywhere yesterday. Get over it.

I agree he Obama was not on the ballot, but a decent President would offer congratulations to the winner of our only Democratic Ally in the middle east.

"The EU congratulated Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on his election victory Wednesday, but added it was committed to relaunching the peace process which he appeared to repudiate during the campaign by promising not to establish a Palestinian state.

In contrast to the EU's speedy congratulations, US President Barack Obama has yet to comment on Netanyahu's victory.

According toReuters, US Secretary of State John Kerry reportedly refused to address the Likud victory when asked about the elections by reporters in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he is negotiating a deal on Iran's nuclear program."

Our ally? lol, when's the last time Israeli troops died fighting alongside Americans?

Obama congratulated Erdogan, Putin, Sisi, and Rouhani by name when they were elected...but not a word to Netanhahu.

How unclassy of him.

It's classy to congratulate a terrorist?
Provide a non biased link to a site and then quote the supposed expert that claims the Prime Minster of Israel is a terrorist.

That is not why they are our allies.
I doubt that you even know why they are.
America is about democracy, free-market economy, free press, and Western-styled civil rights that optimize the symbiosis between government and people and leads to stability. Israel is the only regime in its region that possesses these qualities, and therefore American support of Israel demonstrates our commitment to these values and furthermore serves as means of projecting our values into a distant sector of the world.

Losers: Israeli, World Jewry, the Palestinian people, the forces for peace and non-violence everywhere, the Palestinian Authority, the people of Iran, the people of the U.S.

Obama and his administration were definitely on the ballot yesterday. Between attempting to give Iran nukes and openly supporting Likhud's opposition along with other foreign entities, Israeli conservatives turned out in droves to vote for Bibi and his party.

Almost 72 percent up from 66 percent turnout. Hell's bells you had former Obama campaign operative Jeremy Bird advising Netanyahu's opposition. You had One Voice working to unseat him.

You bet Obama and his asshole "regime change cause I don't like him" bullshit was on the ballot.

No, they were not.

Yes they were and One Voice were blatant about it working with their branch in Israel called V15 to unseat Bibi. Jeremy Bird was on Obama re-election team and he headed up V15.

You need to get up to speed.

"While White House officials were threatening Israel, the news broke that Obama’s 2012 national field director, Jeremy Bird, was headed to Tel Aviv to manage a grass-roots campaign to oust Netanyahu.

Bird would not be working to defeat Netanyahu if he thought Obama opposed it. Can you imagine Karl Rove going to London while George W. Bush was in office to help conservatives oust Prime Minister Tony Blair?

It further emerged that the group behind Bird’s anti-Netanyahu effort has received State Department funding and lists the State Department as a “partner” on its Web site. Netanyahu’s Likud Party held a news conference to accuse its opponents of accepting foreign funds in violation of Israeli election laws, and Israeli newspapers published headlines on the “Obama-Labor link ."

:crybaby:

When you call a respected P.M. and the only U.S. ally in the Mid East a "hater" (because he is a Jew?) what does it say about you?

.........and therefore American support of Israel demonstrates our commitment to these values and furthermore serves as means of projecting our values into a distant sector of the world.
And therein lies the problem.

There is nothing in the US Constitution giving our government the authority to spread American values or anything else to other lands or nations. .....

Poor Obama. Another defeat this time at the hands of Netanyahu. Publicly shamed.

Here's Obama's man in Israel right at V15's campaign headquarters.

Oh and for those that don't know who Bird is? He was Obama's national field director in 2012.

"With the help of American money and a former campaign adviser to President Barack Obama, V15 is trying to replace Israel’s government. The money and organization comes from V15’s partnership with OneVoice."

Similar remarks made by elements of the left about Bush and Reagan. What goes around comes around.

Nutanyahoo will now feel more aggressive and emboldened by his historic win. I just hope he doesn't start WWIII. I consider Israel the most dangerous nuclear nation on the planet.

"Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s stunning victory yesterday — polls at the end of last week had people writing off his chances — means he will become only the second person to be elected prime minister for a third term (the other being Israel’s founder David Ben-Gurion). “King Bibi” has established himself as one of the dominant figures in the history of the modern state of Israel. Mr. Netanyahu is hardly a person without flaws. But for those of us who admire his toughness and moral clarity on world events — and who appreciate his obvious love for his nation and for ours — it was a splendid turn of events."

"As for the current occupant of the White House, it was a disastrous one."

"We know that Jeremy Bird, who served as Obama’s deputy national campaign director in 2008 and his national campaign director in 2012, arrived in Israel in January to help unseat Mr. Netanyahu."

Netanyahu s Historic Win and Obama s Humiliating Loss - Commentary Magazine Commentary Magazine

The USMB Jew haters freaked out over a speech and yet have no problem with a petty, narcissistic child in the WH actively trying to influence another Nation's elections.

You cannot make this shit up, the left in America is as fucked up as they can be.
Does this mean we will get to hear James Taylor Sing Again?

Well with any number of countries and crazy arab groups bent on Israel's total destruction an aggressive posture is understandable. As for your hyperbole narrative, its amusing to say the least.

They chose to guarantee (if they stay this course) that someday some crazy fucks are going to set off a nuke in downtown Tel Aviv,

and then, for all practical purposes,

the debate will be over.

Obama is choosing that, that's why he is taking it in the ass from Iran.

In principle, since the terrorist nation of Israel has nukes, Iran has the right to nukes for self-defense.

NO. Israel is not a terrorist nation. What a bunch of hooey.

You said he was going to lose kid....so much for your "vaunted" predictive skills ;)

No, I didn't. You, troll, also need to read.

Pure projection kid, you are nothing but a troll.

Not the topic of the thread, it's just that the Lefty's here need to deflect from this Nation's meddling in the election taking place in an allied nation.
You said Netanyahu's win was "humiliating" for Obama.

Netanyahu’s win affects Obama...how?

Netanyahu’s win affects US negotiations with Iran...how?

Do you mean to say the United States has not meddled in elections before Obama came along? You sure you want to wave that measuring stick around?

It embarrasses him in that he did everything he could do to unseat Bibi....as the article makes clear.

As for affecting his every day life nothing.

Obama should not have interfered.

Do you mean to say the United States has not meddled in elections before Obama came along? You sure you want to wave that measuring stick around?

(smile) Read my op.

Obama and well...YOU and every other Lefty SCREAMED like little children about Bibi's speech and yet not a peep about The King ACTIVELY interfering in an Israeli Election.

I'm good with whatever you kids throw at me.
So this IS about the Iran negotiations.

Netanyahu’s win affects US negotiations with Iran...how?

And I did not scream about Bibi's speech. I could not have cared less about it.

As for US meddling in foreign elections, goldfish, one has only to go back just a few years to the Iraqi and Afghani elections. Now THAT was some serious meddling.

Your whining is classic mote vs beam hypocrisy.

LOL, the entire Leftwing in this country did nothing but scream about the speech and Obama is meddling all the while.

You people are just sick.
