NBC News Video of Police Officer SHOOTING Ashley Babbit on Jan. 6th

Ah yes...the "magic" warning that nobody can hear on a single audio from a single cell phone from ALL of the recordings that took place that day? The "magic" warning that three different police officers who were in the area when Byrd took his shot ALL said they didn't hear? Is that the warning you're referring to, Faun? The truth is that Byrd lied about what he did that day because he knows that he shot an unarmed protester without warning!

LOLOL

Holy fuck! :eusa_doh:

YOU POSTED the link to this (emphasis mine)...

While he heard the shot that Lieutenant Byrd fired, he did not see it. Lieutenant Byrd was at the pillar to his right side. Ms. McEntee was to his left, approximately 11 o'clock. Lieutenant Byrd was approximately 1 o'clock from his position. Lieutenant Byrd was ordering the demonstrators to, "Back up." He was also ordering the crowd to back up, and had his weapon drawn."

You're pathological. You can't stop lying. You're even lying about things YOU POSTED.

When those officers were questioned about what took place in that hallway before Byrd shot Babbitt all three said that they didn't hear Byrd yell a warning before he fired his shot. That testimony is backed up by numerous audio recordings that day but you STILL can't admit that he fired without warning...can you, Faun!

The Capital Police are nothing like the Secret Service, Marener! They deal with tourists looking for the bathroom most days...you know the place where Lt. Byers tends to leave his firearm when he isn't shooting unarmed protesters? They aren't well trained nor are they well led and you can see it in how Byers performed that day.
The law proves I’m right. Their authority extends to protection of members of congress.

And that still doesn't justify the shoot.

He panicked and fucked up. But he gets defended because everything about J6 has to follow the lefty narrative.

False. He did not panic. He drew his fire arm and trained it on the windows that were smashed out by that violent mob. He didn't fire until one of them was stupid enough to attempt to climb through. And he fired only one shot, which directly hit his intended target.

Did you really think hyperbole and false narratives was the way to argue this?

Lying piece of shit, I quoted the document YOU POSTED. It stated another cop near Byrd heard the warnings. You're just lying again.

They didn't need to open fire because they TALKED to the people who had broken out that window and told them that they almost got shot and needed to stop...something that Michael Byrd DID NOT DO! He didn't say a word to dissuade anyone from coming through that window...he just stepped out from hiding and shot someone without warning!

More lies. The only thing that made that mob back up was Byrd drawing his service weapon. Unfortunately for Benedict Babbitt, she forged ahead as the mob pulled back.

He panicked. he shot an unarmed woman who was no threat to anyone hanging halfway through a broken window.

Those are the facts, despite your attempt and the powers that be attempts to justify the shoot, it was a bad shoot.

He fired one shot at a target that was in front of the Swat officers standing in the stairwell, Faun! Byrd is a complete idiot when it comes to gun safety. You don't point a gun in the direction of the good guys...a concept that Byrd demonstrated he's not familiar with because he did the same thing moments earlier in the House Chamber when his gun was pointed at the backs of Secret Service agents with his finger on the trigger! He hit Babbitt because even someone as bad with a weapon as he obviously was couldn't miss at that range which is lucky for anyone standing behind Babbitt...like those Swat officers in the stairwell!

They backed up when they saw someone shoot an unarmed protester...the first time that had happened the entire day! It's what you do when you just witnessed something terrible.

Not a single shot fired the whole time is pretty good evidence.

And even if she was armed, which she wasn't, she wouldn't have been able to use a firearm falling halfway through a window.

No it's not. Again, this occurred early on in the storming of the Capitol. Also, rioters were using other weapons to fight with police; like baseball bats, poles, bear spray. And it had earlier been reported on police radio that some were seen in that crowd outside carrying firearms. It was reasonable to assume anyone of them could have been armed.

Oh? What's their training?

So the other police there in that hallway all stated that they saw Babbitt's hands and they were empty...yet you think it's "reasonable" for Byrd...who was closer than they were...to assume that she was armed? How do you arrive at THAT conclusion, Faun?

Oh? What's their training?
It's obviously piss poor and I make that statement based on Lt. Michael Byer's actions that day! But should anyone be shocked that the guy who left his firearm in a public restroom is a joke when it comes to how you handle a weapon?

THAT is the gun that Byrd SHOULD have had!

It's reasonable to assume any of them were armed even though there isn't a single picture of a single protester inside of the Capitol brandishing a single fire arm? What pray tell would make THAT assumption in any way "reasonable"?

It's a violent mob who broke into the Capitol. Even worse, representing the political party which champions firearms. Some outside were seen with firearms. It was reasonable to assume anyone of them could have been armed. It doesn't matter though. Ashes was shot for breaching a police barricade between that violent mob and lawmakers still holed up inside the House chamber only feet away.

You mean through that barricade...down the hall...and through another locked door behind which stand numerous Secret Service agents with drawn weapons? Yeah, like those lawmakers that were being escorted out of the House Chamber were EVER in danger from an unarmed female protester! (eye roll)

Sadly, you're still lying. There was no sign of panic. He drew his service weapon and didn't fire until someone stupidly almost got into the Speaker's Lobby. He didn't miss. He didn't discharge more than one shot. He didn't hit anyone else.

So it's OK to shoot protesters if they're conservatives who support the Second Amendment? Is that what you're admitting, Faun? It takes awhile with you far left liberals but sooner or later the truth DOES come out of your mouth!

They had ceased to be protestors and had become rioters when they overran the Capitol.

He fired one shot at a target that was in front of the Swat officers standing in the stairwell, Faun!

The angle he shot was no threat to hit the one other officer nearby.

Byrd is a complete idiot when it comes to gun safety. You don't point a gun in the direction of the good guys...

Byrd didn't point his gun in the direction of any other officers. You're pathological and can't stop lying. Byrd pointed his gun at the broken out windows. The mob was to his right, not in front of him. There was one heavily armed cop in that mob. He too was to Byrd's right, not in front of him.

If truth and reality were on your side, you wouldn't have to lie like ya do.

You're lying again. :ack-1:

The mob started backing up when they saw the gun. Someone even starts yelling, "he's got a gun! He's got a gun!" Another one is seen raising his hands as a surrender gesture. They were backing up before the shot, lying POS. It's on video.

If truth and reality were on your side, you wouldn't have to lie like ya do.
