Unfortunately he's only half right about Canada. We have TFW program- The Foreign Workers program, in which we fly people in from low wage countries to take Canadian jobs. These jobs are often jobs that young adults need, such as fast food jobs and the like. It's not very popular but it has been thrown down our throat and quietly expanded.
