American values, America first and fixing the immigration problem

And more states and municipalities are doing just that. When states started to ignore federal law, they should have been slapped down. Hard. Now, that Pandora's box is open. Can it be closed?
With a court system as corrupt as ours has become, it is far more difficult to deal with these little 'insurrections' around the country, but I am hoping that Pandora's box cannot only be closed but be sealed so tight it will be very difficult to open again.

I don't want the federal government dictating our speed limits or what we are required to eat or drink or how we are required to live etc. But the federal government can very legitimately determine what can be imported into the USA based on risks to the general public. And it certainly should be able to control immigration policies and have means to deal with rogue states who violate those policies and thereby put the entire population at risk.

You didn't answer the question but changed the subject.
I might've been a little over your head with my tendency to type in parables.
As I recall, the question was "Then why do ALL countries, and I do mean ALL countries, have very specific laws about who is allowed to live and work there and under what conditions/specifications?"

I'm not sure, but I'll bet that it has to do with the laws. As an outlaw, I struggle to relate.

Well you keep right on thinking and talking in what you call 'parables' but to most people sounds like avoiding any serious discussion of the topic. I'll hope for people who are interested in and capable of discussing the topic.

yes!

that can work

Hell no. No incentive what-so-ever.

meh I could work with that.

Losing me now.

Perfect!

The states do not have to go along with these laws. Of course, the fed gov can blackmail them, like they have been doing for years, because we have a bloated unconstitutional fed gov, that wants their nose in every damn thing.

We could work on some good policy, fox
Well ,we don't need 12 Million filthy illegals.

Good luck! Immigration has been trending for quite a while now. Someone who cares will be right with you.

As far as I know, there is nothing you can do. Except use force. And who wants another civil war?
A civil war is already upon us. Dems raised an army of 40 million RAPING, MURDERING foreigners from other countries to KILL Americans.

So the leftwing lawfare courts require 'due process' for every migrant further than 100 miles from the U.S. border. We are talking millions and millions of undocumented migrants meaning a 'due process' requiring generations to complete.

So I propose the solution to this dilemma as follows:

1. Via executive order, homeland security policy, congressional vote, the following shall be the U.S. policy:

--Any employer knowingly hiring an undocumented migrant, i.e. undocumented migrant is anyone without the proper work visa or Green Card, will be committing a felony and subject to prison time of not less than one year and/or fines not less than $100,000. The person must provide real I.D. to work or the federal government will provide a lightning fast means for employers to check a person's social security number as valid and assigned to the person applying.

--If they committed no additional crime other than immigrating illegally into the USA, migrants who voluntarily return to their home countries within a reasonable grace period, even with U.S. transportation provided, can apply through normal immigration processes to immigrate here.

--No public services--food, housing, healthcare, education, cash, legal counsel, transportation, driver's licenses or any other licenses, any items of value--may be knowingly provided any undocumented migrant. Exceptions are the the most basic immediate humanitarian aid of food, water, emergency medical care sufficient before deportation. We can provide basic inexpensive transportation to return them to their home country.

--Any undocumented migrant arrested/detained for any reason, whether judged guilty of a crime or not other than being in the country illegally will be automatically ineligible to immigrate legally and ineligible for any consideration of U.S. citizenship.

--H-1B and H-2A temporary work visas can be expedited for NECESSARY workers to be brought in for specialized occupations and agricultural work.

--Some reasonable provisions can be applied to DACA people who have no family and no recollection of a home country other than the USA.

--Jus soli, chain migration, lottery system for immigration will all cease.

--'Due process' in this case will be to determine without reasonable doubt that the person is in the country illegally or without valid permission and that there is no evidence amnesty is warranted. (We should return to the policy of designating those countries from which amnesty may be granted.)

2. All states will be required to enforced these laws and policies that reflect basic American values and original constitutional intent.

I wondering what you consider American values.
