Why is such an important figure only mentioned three times in the bible? Jesus is a priest "after" the order of Melchizedek, with no beginning or end of days. He's so revered, that Abraham gave him 10% of the spoils of a battle, when he met him on the road after the battle. And what would Melchizedek want with those spoils? What use would he have for material possessions? And wouldn't it be cool to get the truth from him?

Enoch is another character in the bible that is barely mentioned, even though he was so pure he was taken up to heaven without dying first. There is the BOOK OF ENOCH that wasn't put in the bible. Funny how the priests at Nicaea thought Paul's writings were more important.

The Mormons have a Melchizedek priesthood , as for Enoch he was taken into the heavens which means the sky not Heaven, One can not ascend to heaven with a mortal body. Further Jesus and Paul are clear, no man as ascended that did not descend first. Meaning only Jesus.

Obviously you haven't read the Book of Enoch. You're ignorant of Elijah as well.

As are you. Which I think is the point of your posts. We are ignorant of these great men because the Bible says so little.

So why not look to the other sources that say more about them? Why not seek to know them better through revelation? I am sure the Lord would gladly teach you more about them.

I wish we did have more about these great men.

All the original writings of the prophets and saints were the work of our Creator. We saints can't do anything without our Creator.

Many of the stories in the Bible are NOT from the Truth. They were added by religious leaders who were exalting themselves from the deception in their flesh. It's not important to us saints who know that all the prophets were still under the Old Covenant "veil" so they couldn't understand what they were writing. Us saints were used by God to read the prophecies so that He could interpret them through our testimonies written or spoken in our own native language so that we could understand God's invisible knowledge ( His mind ). From these written and spoken testimonies, we learn about the past, present and future. This is why God has us saints write about the past and future that we couldn't have known before.

God doesn't use sinners to teach His invisible knowledge to. He only uses His sinless saints once He has them converted from being sinners prior to their sinless state through the process of confession, repentance, justification and glorification.

Romans 9:
28: We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose.
29: For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the first-born among many brethren.
30: And those whom he predestined he also called; and those whom he called he also justified; and those whom he justified he also glorified.

Ephesians 1
1: Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To the saints who are also faithful in Christ Jesus:
2: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,
4: even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him.

John is clear, NO MAN has ascended that did not first descend, Jesus.

Only the spirit ascends. The flesh goes back to the elements of the earth where it came from.

Psalms 22: 27-29
27: All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD; and all the families of the nations shall worship before him.
28: For dominion belongs to the LORD, and he rules over the nations.
29: Yea, to him shall all the proud of the earth bow down; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust, and he who cannot keep himself alive.

Genesis 3
19: In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return."

Genesis 2
7: then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

The "breath of life" is the spirit of a man that was created before anything visible appeared.

If you're a saint, then I'm God all mighty. Saints are humble, not boastful. You're only fooling yourself. What are you going to do on the last day when God tells you that you are a worker of iniquity?

So why not look to the other sources that say more about them?
Well duh,why do you think I mentioned the Book of Enoch?

Sinners have no idea what a saint is you fool. We don't need to boast for our flesh like all Christians do. We boast of the heavenly things that we witness in our minds ( mind of God ) and speak boldly when we preach the gospel to new believers or while we're teaching believers who listen to us many times during the course of our existence in this world, which is 1260 days after we began preaching.

Revelation 11
1: Then I was given a measuring rod like a staff, and I was told: "Rise and measure the temple of God and the altar and those who worship there,
2: but do not measure the court outside the temple; leave that out, for it is given over to the nations, and they will trample over the holy city for forty-two months.
3: And I will grant my two witnesses power to prophesy for one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth."

I have 500+ days left before my flesh is killed by unbelieving Christians who hate the testimonies of Christ that come forth from the flesh that God has been using for His purpose the past five years.
