And Scalia talked out of both sides of his mouth, while he pretended to be an "originalist" he was perhaps the greatest judicial activist the court has ever seen. Heller, Citizens United vs. the FEC, and Shelby County vs. Holder, glaring cases in point. And only amateur jurists would attempt to proclaim Trump was seeking "originalist", as you proclaim. He wanted real activists, and that is precisely what he got. His appointees are more than willing to ignore jurist prudence, ignore the Constitution itself, if they can perpetuate their own warped view of society in the process. That is the very definition of judicial activism.
