Let's discuss why American marxists don't defect to marxist countries, shall we?

This "everybody is a marxist" thing is just totally dumb. Not surprising coming from right-wingers.
They're so locked in simplistic binary thought processes that shallow, ignorant, goofy hyperbole is all they can manage.

Plus, they finally realized that "socialist" wasn't scaring anybody. Obviously they'll soon find that out about "Marxist" too.

Let it be a cautionary tale. Don't let your mind atrophy at the hands of an ideology.

There seems to be no middle anymore. Anyone who doesn't support trump is a "marxist." Ignorance abounds, as does exaggeration.
I don't know for sure what this is.
  • Have we just become intellectually lazy as a culture, willing to just grab the nearest and biggest hyperbolic word rather than take a moment to consider nuance and/or accuracy?
  • Have we become so tribal that we're afraid to say anything that is not commonplace within our tribe?
  • Have we become so insecure that we're afraid to stick out within our tribe?
I still run in to people who can think critically, who can clearly and easily and automatically see nuance and understand both ends of an issue. This is purely anecdotal, but these people tend to be a little more accomplished and successful. If that's true, it may not be a coincidence. Success often requires the ability to see and understand the big picture, to be able to avoid getting lost in hyperbole, and to be able to manage complexity.

Cripes, I really don't know. What I do know is that we still seem to be decaying. We'll all be grunting and hitting each other with sticks soon.

How many marxists are there in the US? Maybe 500? If they left, it wouldn't make much of a difference.
Please stop this innocence act. There has been enough info over many decades. And our direction is toward that. It does not have to be total. The Soviet Union before it fell was not that. China was until they found sweat shop capitalism. We will end up moving to gulags, labor camps and a lot of death. Why? Authoritarian governments do not leave so easily. Somewhere in their reign there is suffering.

You worship trump. Why do you support authoritarian government? He's the most authoritarian chief executive we've ever had. He even believes that he is entitled to unlimited power. As an American, I must oppose him and his attempts to establish a dictatorship in the U.S. Please stop your innocence act.
Not more authoritarian than the blue state governors, mayors and council members the lefts cheers on.

How are they "authoritarian." In the absence of any leadership from the executive branch, someone has to take charge of our public-health crisis. Only a real dope would equate something like mandating the wearing of masks or lockdowns with authoritarianism. The monkeys who do this don't give a damn about the folks around them. They want to be disease spreaders. They are just trying to be dirty.

So what is the reason they do not move to marxist countries?

You would have to ask them.

'Let's discuss why American marxists don't defect to marxist countries, shall we?'

Democrats / LPSDs prefer the comfort and freedom our Constitution, freedoms, and comforts this country provides while arguing for a conversion to a shithole 3rd-world country rather than actually being in / moving to a shithole 3rd-world country......

Pelosi and her fellow SELF-appointed Chicom/Russia/Iranian/Venezuela-puppet socialist Democrats would love to turn the country into one...as long as THEY get to remain in control and above what they force upon others...

It's one thing to understand it, and quite another to agree with it. While I may not understand liberalism, and probably won't until my dying day, I can at least understand why they support the things they do. I don't agree with it and never will, but I understand it.

Probably for the same reason American fascists don't leave for fascist countries. The US is a great place to live.

The proof being an inveterate liar with zero policy knowledge but tremendous skills as a conman, who only avoided jail because of the wealth he inherited, who had adulterous affairs and then paid hush money to cover them up just before the election, who declared bankruptcy 6 times, then had to borrow money from a bank connected to the Russian mob, who is of low moral and ethical character, etc., got elected POTUS.

I'm sure you're one of the people that supported Hussein, the guy who tried to force everybody to buy a healthcare plan. During his time he closed down businesses, or made it harder for them to operate because they were an industry that he didn't believe in. The definition of an authoritarian is one who believes in the strictest obedience to their government. Can you tell me one time Trump ever did that?

Authoritarian is demanding public schools allow weirdo kids in dresses to enter your daughters shower, bathroom or dressing room. Authoritarian is removing food kids enjoyed eating in school, and putting your own undesirable food as the new menu, causing kids to go without eating. Or perhaps forcing restaurants to post calorie count of every food item they sell. Or even stopping stores from selling drink cups you don't approve of.

Nobody is more authoritarian than the Democrat party or their leaders.

Correct. There is no middle any longer. Who do we have to thank for that?

Because ignorant whining is easier than moving.

Certainly that's what Trump has chosen to do, but I didn't know he was a Marxist.

Simple:

Marxism can only "succeed" if there is no other alternative. Competition destroys it.

Thus, as long as America exists as a free state, Marxism will always suck donkey ass and everybody under the goose-stepping thumb of Marxism will flee and come here.

END OF DISCUSSION.

The two far ends, obviously, paralyzed by tribalism, childishly pointing the finger at the other, refusing to look in the mirror.

Donald Trump owned or operated over 500 businesses in his career, and filed bankruptcy five times; two of them for one industry. I'm sure any CEO would be proud of such a record. He never once filed personal bankruptcy.

When it comes to Russia, there is no law stating any American cannot do business with them. Our industries do business all the time with China. On the other hand, Hillary and the DNC paid Steele millions of dollars for phony information on Trump that he did get from the Russians. It was not a private business, it was a presidential election.

Do tell: what did Trump ever do that he should have been in jail or prison for?

No, they're just trying to deflect from the disastrous Rose Garden babblefest that took place yesterday, rambling and couldn't even follow his own notes.
And of course, that the HHS is now going to control COVID 19 cases, because Donald is at war with the CDC.

Dude, you know good and goddamn well that all this bullshit recently was started by ADMITTED Marxists.

If Marxists would get the fuck out of the Dem party, and the Dems stopped trying to take away our guns, I would actually consider voting for them.

I don't like the Jesus Nazis either, but they are not the greatest threat right now. The Fucking Bolshevists are.

Talk about throwing stones in a glass house. So according to you, authoritarianism is perfectly acceptable when such authoritarianism produces the results you approve of. Thanks for admitting that on behalf of yourself and your comrades.
