Because he didnā€™t tell his firm he was filing it. He was probably too embarrassed to tell his firm the contents of the suit.

Barnes & Thornburg partner Alec Beck has left the firm, one day after he filed a lawsuit for MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell against electronic voting companies Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic.

Beck, a labor and employment lawyer in Minnesota, wasnā€™t authorized to file the suit, the firm said in a statement provided to Bloomberg Law. The suit alleges that the companies are weaponizing litigation to silence Lindellā€™s claims of widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

ā€œLate last night, firm management became aware of the filing of the complaint which was done without receiving firm authorization pursuant to internal firm approval procedures,ā€ the statement said. ā€œThe firm has withdrawn as local counsel in this matter and has ended the client relationship.ā€

Either that. . . or he knew the implications for the firm, as the interlocks are closing ranks.

Right and wrong, facts or fiction, law or order?

None of it really would make a difference at this point.

When open societies slowly move towards becoming closed societies, this is what is called the, "chilling" affect.
An honest pursuit of truth really makes no difference.
I applaud these men of La Mancha for continuing to try though. It will be entertaining to see them still tilting come mid-terms.

. . . or? You can chose to believe in the masters you are serving. . . as if THAT version is the truth.

It won't do anyone any good, either way, when the nation is burning though.

Tell us genius, what does this mean in the big scheme of things? Nothing.

No one wants to be associated with these Trump crackpots.

So the lawyer defending Lindell has been forced to leave the law firm where he was a partner. The article had similar depth to all the crap that Gateway Pundit puts out.
