I could be wrong, but I believe that African Americans use the N word so that everyone else will not use it anymore. They may think that their using it themselves will make the word lose whatever strength it had back in the day. What they need to realize is that some things never change. If anything, their using it will only give it even more of a presence because other people will never quit using it no matter how the African American community responds to it.

No one has a right to not hear anything that they don't want to hear. You may not like the words, you may not agree with them, and you may find them offensive, but you have no freedom from words so long as a threat isn't issued. Personally, I'd rather be offended than to silence someone else.

I know the people in my family so it doesn't matter what someone else says about them. It tells me more about the person spewing it than it does my loved ones. So yes, I'm not going to do a thing about it because all that person is doing is exposing themself. Why would I interrupt that?

If you want to disagree without being disagreeable, that's you. But if I choose to be disagreeable about it, I don't see why anybody should have the power to stop me.

They should maintain decorum in a public meeting.

They can want whatever they want, but they cannot force people to be polite.

And they have every right to throw an offender out of the meeting for disorderly conduct. They can exercise their free speech elsewhere.

Then you need to prove that using the N-word equates disorderly conduct.

Hint: Just because someone uses language you don't like, it doesn't mean they are being disorderly. The way I see it, you simply don't like it when people use racial slurs, so you use a flimsy excuse (aka by calling it disorderly conduct) to shut them up or kick them out. This is a tactic very frequently seen with the Left.
