Flour, cornmeal, salt, bacon, butter, beans, canned goods, and such.

The problem is people don't know how to cook from scratch much these days.

Limit it to the canned section, frozen section, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and dried goods like pasta and rice.
