Johnson Admits That Shutdown Is About ACA Premiums

My father worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter for over 30 years. He told me insurance companies like high payouts because they have to charge higher premiums and they make higher profits as a result.

If you have a ten percent margin and receive 100 dollars in premiums and pay out 90 dollars, there's your ten dollar profit.

If you receive 200 dollars and pay out 180 dollars, there's your higher profit of 20 dollars with your same ten percent margin.

The system is rigged, folks.

.

If the Republicans had a superior plan to ObamaCare, where is it, rubes? Where is it?

You were lied to. It is far past time you wake up to this fact.

You've been hoaxed, and the very people who lied to your cuck faces are telling you everything is the fault of the Democrats.

My god, how much more submissive and gullible are you going to be?!? How much longer?

.
Barrycare was the hoax. And you morons are still believing the lies. :auiqs.jpg: :cuckoo: :cuckoo:

Healthcare costs go up the more government subsidizes it
Providers have no incentive to lower costs when they know government is paying
The more insulated the consumer is from paying the cost of what he consumes, the higher prices go.

Democrats want to insulate consumers form the cost of their health insurance to drive up health insurance costs, eventually creating a dependency on government for health care.

If Trump had actually reduced prices like he promised, the higher premiums wouldn't be such a big deal.
If prices were lowered, premiums would be lower.

Trump's "repeal and replace" hoax was all a big con, and the submissive rubes are letting him get away with it.

BEFORE: I will repeal and replace Obamacare on Day One.

AFTER: "Nobody knew health care could be so complicated!" (Actual quote) :laughing0301: :auiqs.jpg:

Oh, the tort argument again.

The medical liability system is responsible for less than 3 percent of health care costs.

Figure it out...

.
And you think that's minor?
Lol....

You're not looking at it from a total standpoint...
A specialist's bill is approximately 50% malpractice premium and is usually only partially covered even by ACA policies.

Fraudulent diagnoses, inflated physical plant services for inpatient care, double billing and the corporate drive to " Fill those ICU beds" are all part of the affordability problem.

Forcing people to buy insurance in effect handcuffs them to the whole pricing circus.
Admittedly they could be worse off without the insurance.

Ultimately the real question is what is the cost of death?....

Not sure anyone has that answer.

Barrycare promises broken:

  • You can keep your plan (lie)
  • You can keep your doctor (lie)
  • Everyone will be covered (lie)
  • Everyone will save $2500 per year (lie)

Can any Murder Cult minion tell us what wasn't a lie when it comes to Barrycare?

That's what the high deductible is for, but you guys ***** about that all the time too.

I've already shown that countries with UHC have much lower per capita health care costs.

Your propagandists are working double overtime to distract you ignorant rubes from the real cause of the problem, and that is your Trump party which did NOTHING for all these decades of skyrocketing costs.

It's YOUR fault for not holding them accountable, ever.

If the organization formerly known as the Republican party had a better plan, where the **** is it?

You know what their plan is?

Whining about Democrats and doing NOTHING. Like you are right now as they wish.

They have NOTHING. If they had a better plan, then the American people would buy it.

Because they don't, UHC is inevitable, and it is YOUR fault for being so stupid.

Less than 3 percent is minor. By definition.

Blaming torts is just another dodge by the insurance companies who are ass-raping you.

The ACA has kept Healthcare cost from rising as inflation has.

I explained above exactly why that is happening.

It always comes back to the insurance companies. They love high payouts.

The ACA has been a boondoggle from the get-go.

In fact, I said way back at the beginning Obama would be laughing his ass off on the golf course in 2019 over the fast one he pulled on the American people.

Barrycare eliminated catastrophic plans. Now everyone gets high premiums and deductibles.

If MAGA Mike doesn't like subsidies for the poor, what's his plan for our health care cost crisis?

Anyone?

Anyone?

Bueller?

You know what Mikey's plan is?

More tax cuts for the rich and **** the poor.

3 percent doesn't really describe the effect on the individual bill ...

Nobody said the insurance companies were benevolent....they aren't.

There are two distinct sets of crooks here though.
Hospital companies are pretty slimy too.

Problem is how do you get people into the trade?
You have to offer them money

Maybe the real answer is that life is a lot more expensive to maintain than we ever knew.

Well yeah.... malpractice is an insurance
