If you are truly conservative then why would you want the solution to high health care premiums to be for that tab to be charged off to the national debt, increasing inflation to everyone, not just those getting ACA subsidies?

Great idea! We did think of than 30 years ago. But, its a good idea.

So, price controls? I gotta say, thay doesnt seem like a typically conservative idea, either. At least, not in this country. Will the GOP now be open to it?

Conservatives in the other, normal, modern, liberal democracies dont have a problem with price controls and single payer.
