Not sure that the site has the bandwidth, and I know that I don't have enough time to fully explain how Government works to you - but here is a brief explanation of some of it.

Yes they are equal branches
No they do not have to be adversarial

When the leaders of The House and Senate are of the same party as The President, intelligent people would have some level of expectation that they would have similar interests in legislation and maybe even (SHOCK) speak to each other as to the manner in which they should proceed.

A large number of Americans complain that the Government gets nothing done,
and then when something does get done people like you pull down your panties and just piss all over everything.

While claiming to be superior to everyone.

You ain't explaining, Tranny, you're justifying.

If you posted on it, the Senate bill must be full of LW hogwash. And spending originates in the house. So some sort of Deep State theft is going on.

Make funding stand alone and it goes thru.

Going thru life with unidentified, vague feelings of paranoia must be difficult.
