I think Johnson is a shit mayor, and hopefully we get rid of him next year.

But he has a point. We aren't going to arrest every dumb-ass kid who came out on the street on Memorial Day weekend.

I don't know what the core number of repeat felons is there but in Baltimore the dem prosecutor there had them locked-up without bail when they reoffended and he would not allow charges to be pleaded down.

They figured the core number in Baltimore was around 1200....It has paid huge dividends.

In other words lock up the repeat offenders for good and all and watch the crime stats fall.
